2. Be prepared to furnish your name, address and telephone number; your Ohio TAB account number and password; your credit card number and expiration date; and the amount you want transferred to your Ohio TAB account.

3. Our representative will obtain authorization from your bank while you are on the line.

4. Pending Verification, your cash advance will be transmitted to your Ohio TAB account.

5. The amount you havef transferred and a Quick Cash service fee will be posted to your bank statement as a cash advance.

You must use your own credit card. No two party transactions are allowed.
